What is the return policy?
RenCreations Studio does not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any issues.
If my shipping location is not offered, can I still place an order?
Yes, please contact me if your shipping location is not an option and I will see what I can do.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. I sell wholesale through the Wholesale B2B link on my website. This can be found at the bottom of the page. Businesses can submit a form to register an account. Once approved, you can log into your account to access the wholesale side of the website.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. Please contact me for commission requests.

Shipping information:
- Shipping times vary by location. I drop off packages at the post office during business hours Monday-Friday. The post office is closed on weekends.
- Shipping prices are live calculated rates, which are provided directly from the shipping carrier, Canada Post or other carrier if applicable. I have no control over these rates as they are set by the carriers. The cost you pay at checkout is what it will cost me to purchase the shipping. No profit is made from shipping costs. Shipping costs are a very difficult aspect of small business. Unfortunately in Canada the rates are quite high. If you have questions about rates, I am happy to discuss so please contact me via email or DM me on social media.
- Exception to live calculated rates: envelope shipping. Envelope shipping is only used when items that fit into a 5 x 7 envelope are in a customers order. These items are for example, stickers and kindle sticker inserts. Envelopes have a weight restriction as well of up to 50g. You can visit the Canada Post website for details. There is no tracking for envelope mail. This is stamped snail mail. It is an option for now as an alternative to keep shipping costs low for small items like stickers.

International Shipping Duties Information:
RenCreations Studio is not responsible for any international (outside of Canada) duties and fees. These are out of my control and are determined by customs. Duties and fees must be paid by the customer if applicable.
