What is the return policy?
RenCreations does not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any issues.

If my shipping location is not offered, can I still place an order?
Yes, please contact me if your shipping location is not an option and I will see what I can do.

Shipping information:
Art prints:
5" x 7" and 8.5" x 11" prints are placed into cello bags and shipped in a rigid mailer. If there are several prints in one order, they will be shipped in a box. Larger prints are rolled in craft paper and shipped in a sturdy tube. All other items are shipped either in a box or a rigid mailer.

All other items:
Items that can fit in a standard 5" x 7" envelope such as stickers, are shipped via Canada Post non tracked shipping to keep costs affordable for everyone. Larger items that need to be placed in a box or mailer, are shipped via tracked standard shipping. Tracked shipping costs differ from envelope shipping, which you can see calculated at checkout. If you have a tracking number you will know, as it will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.

Items may ship in more than one package on the rare occasion.

Shipping times vary by mail type and your location. Typically envelope mail takes 1-4 weeks, depending on location. Standard tracked shipping can take 3-21 days approximately, again depending on location. Domestic orders take less time to arrive to their destination, compared to international orders. You can visit the Canada Post website to view their shipping times or check the tracking of an item.

International Shipping Duties Information:
RenCreations Studio is not responsible for any international (outside of Canada) duties and fees. These are out of my control and not set by me. Duties and fees must be paid by the customer.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. I sell wholesale on Faire or you can contact me to make arrangements.

Do you accept commissions?
